What you will do

  • Guide and mentor security and software engineers, emphasizing career development, inclusivity, and high performance.
  • Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with product management and other engineering teams.

  • Balance your time between management responsibilities and hands-on technical work.

  • Directly impact user safety and the overall trust of the platform.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an engineering team distributed across multiple timezones.
  • Fluent in one or more modern coding languages (Python, Go, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Familiarity with product workflows and building security into the user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting strategies as needed.
