Salary: $200,000 - $315,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve the security of hirify.global’s products and exceed customers’ expectations.
• Build security and privacy platform services for hirify.global’s Command SaaS platform and drive their adoption.
• Expand the adoption of Enterprise-Controlled Encryption in hirify.global’s products.
• Collaborate with the CISO to grow the broader hirify.global security programs.
• Share your security experience internally and externally through conferences, presentations, blogs, and open source.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• Leadership experience building distributed systems with high quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Demonstrable coding skills and desire to write code every day.
• Enthusiasm for learning about new security & privacy products, features, and strategies.
