Tender Specialist (DACH)

Tender Specialist (DACH): Owning and coordinating end-to-end tender and bid processes for the German market with an accent on compliance, strategy, and content quality. Focus on acting as the main point of contact for bid activities and ensuring timely, high-quality inputs from stakeholders.

Location: Primarily based in our Barcelona office, with the option of a hybrid setup from Munich, Germany.

Salary: €30,000–€40,000

What you will do

• Own and coordinate end-to-end tender and bid processes for the German market.
• Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions, risk assessments, and planning.
• Ensure full compliance with tender requirements and internal standards.
• Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Finance) to support commercial opportunities.
• Draft, review, and finalize bid content in German and English, maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders and participate in customer clarification phases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in tenders, bids, or proposal management focused on the German market.
• Experience coordinating complex commercial deals, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Familiarity with German procurement processes is a strong plus.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in German and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Experience using CRM or deal management tools such as HubSpot or DealHub.
