TL;DR
Associate Account Manager (Sales): Responsible for building strong relationships with salon customer base and driving the usage of hirify.global’s different features with an accent on client education, onboarding, and optimization of their profiles. Focus on using consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and ensure they take full advantage of all hirify.global platform features.
Location: On-site in Madrid
Salary: OTE of €30,000 to €34,000 gross (depending on experience).

What you will do
- Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on the value of the hirify.global platform.
- Introduce, educate, and onboard clients to become active users of hirify.globalPay.
- Help salons optimize their profiles and make the most of hirify.global’s tools to maximize their revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide tailored consultation based on their needs and business type.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by fostering positive relationships through video call meetings.
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the customer’s voice is shared.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of previous experience as an Account Manager.
- Ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Experience using and analyzing data and reports effectively to improve performance.
- Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, capable of presenting to clients in Romanian (ideally also at least one of English, Spanish, or Romanian).
- Strong ability to build fruitful client relationships.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Romanian and Spanish.
- Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
