Senior Affiliate Manager

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates (publishers, media buyers, networks, loyalty, cashback, influencers).
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and optimize performance.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial models.
• Monitor and scale high-performing partners based on ROI and LTV.
• Analyze installs, revenue, CPA, ROI, and subscription metrics.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and growth projections.

Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience scaling affiliate programs with strong ROI.
• Strong understanding of CPA economics, LTV, attribution, and unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Appsflyer, Adjust).
• Strong analytical skills and confidence owning forecasts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in mobile apps and subscription-based products.
