What you will do

  • Manage a team of Channel Sales representatives to execute revenue strategies and exceed KPIs and ARR targets.
  • Drive the day-to-day activities of Channel Sales reps through daily team standups and pipeline reviews.
  • Engage directly with partners to build strategic relationships and grow key partnerships.
  • Assist Channel Sales reps in building partner sales engagements and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the business and drive growth through partners.
  • Manage Area sales budget requests for events and trade shows, and cooperate with People Operations on HR-related issues for your team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of Channel sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience with 8 or more employees.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Experience in IT Channel Sales (SaaS preferred).
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT, Security, Cloud Email Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organization, strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent higher education experience.
  • Experience collaborating with Partner businesses and leading Channel sales teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
