What you will do
- Close new Enterprise business opportunities and negotiate customer agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target key decision makers in prospect accounts and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Independently generate outbound pipeline by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying target accounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (typically CISO level) and partners in the security industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with existing customers to maximize value and strengthen relationships through renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Report accurate pipeline and sales stage using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Cybersecurity enterprise sales experience and understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Prior sales experience hunting net new accounts and executive-level contacts in the region.
- Repeated top performer in your region with a stable record (at least 2+ years in each organization or upward growth).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complicated concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- MEDDIC experience is required.
- German & English speaker is required.
