San Jose pay range: $99,800 - $130,000 USD; Draper UT pay range: $84,900 - $111,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, and Product organizations.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns to engage top-tier passive talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to calibrate profiles and influence selection decisions.
  • Lead high-quality candidate evaluations using structured behavioral interviewing standards.
  • Analyze funnel health and recruiting data to diagnose bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Own offer strategy and negotiations, aligning candidate motivations and market data with internal parameters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within technical domains (Engineering, Data Science, Product).
  • Ability to understand the language of technical teams to assess candidate skills.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn, Boolean, and non-traditional channels for sourcing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Team-first attitude, capable of navigating changing priorities and providing creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) with high data integrity.
