What you will do
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, and Product organizations.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns to engage top-tier passive talent.
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to calibrate profiles and influence selection decisions.
- Lead high-quality candidate evaluations using structured behavioral interviewing standards.
- Analyze funnel health and recruiting data to diagnose bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Own offer strategy and negotiations, aligning candidate motivations and market data with internal parameters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience within technical domains (Engineering, Data Science, Product).
- Ability to understand the language of technical teams to assess candidate skills.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn, Boolean, and non-traditional channels for sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Team-first attitude, capable of navigating changing priorities and providing creative solutions.
- Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) with high data integrity.
