Salary: $132,000–$148,000 USD (base salary)

What you will do

• Complete end-to-end ownership of technical recruiting pipelines across different groups.
• Anticipate how business goals and organizational changes affect hiring needs.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and coach them on employment processes.
• Recruit qualified candidates through sourcing on multiple channels and reviewing applicants.
• Identify process improvement areas and encourage best practices for a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience.
• 4+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting passive technical talent.
• Commitment to delivering high-touch, outstanding service to candidates and employees.
• Passion for diversity hiring and educating hiring managers on building diverse pipelines.
• Openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies and processes.
