Salary: $160,000–$200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end deal structuring for enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and refine hirify.global's pricing and packaging strategy.
• Build and scale internal deal desk processes as the company expands.
• Collect and analyze pricing and deal data to shape company strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to align on deal economics and contract terms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., deal desk, pricing, revenue operations).
• Hands-on experience structuring and pricing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to sales and leaders.
• Comfortable navigating CPQ platforms for quoting and approval workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a deal desk function at a high-growth or early-stage company.
• Previously led implementation of a CPQ platform.
• Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models in addition to traditional SaaS subscription structures.
• SQL or other data analytics experience.
