What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives for the Portuguese Market, guiding them through the sales process.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving motivation and accountability.
- Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience, especially for Expenses functionality.
- Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.
- Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas using consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
Requirements
- Portuguese expert and professional use of English.
- Possess a Hunter + Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
- At least 2 years of closing B2B sales experience within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.
- Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
- Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
