What you will do
- Partner with the Chief People Officer to translate People strategy into clear priorities and execution roadmaps.
- Drive annual and quarterly People planning cycles, including goal setting, prioritization, and progress tracking.
- Act as the central point of coordination for leadership meetings and cross-functional People initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic and operational thought partner to the CPO, preparing high-quality, executive-level materials.
- Design effective change management approaches and support thoughtful office-based experiences.
- Build strong, trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across the People Leadership Team, Executive Team, and other departments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a Chief of Staff-type role within a high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-level executives and senior leadership teams in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Proven HR transformation experience, including leading large-scale People initiatives like organizational redesign or process modernization.
- AI fluency and applied experience leveraging AI tools and automation within People functions.
- Deep expertise in Google Workspace, including advanced use of Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs for executive-ready materials.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience partnering on budgeting, headcount planning, or workforce strategy.
- Must be based in the US.
