What you will do

  • Partner with senior executives (CFO, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer) to shape organizational and people strategy.
  • Lead key people programs including performance, engagement, compensation, and talent development.
  • Anticipate business needs and design proactive, data-driven people solutions.
  • Model AI fluency to enhance decision-making and scale impact.
  • Build trusted relationships and coach leaders to elevate team performance.
  • Manage complex people matters with integrity and champion a culture of feedback and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or in a strategic Compensation or Talent role, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed, or tech environment.
  • Proven success as a proactive thought partner to C-suite executives, influencing strategy and driving organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, surface insights, and craft actionable, business-focused recommendations.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency leveraging emerging tools and data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making and scale impact.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence; skilled at advising senior leaders with confidence, tact, and credibility.
  • Experience leading or contributing to organizational design, change management, and talent planning initiatives.
