What you will do
- Partner with G&A leaders to align team structures, capabilities, and workflows to business goals.
- Translate technical organization needs into forward-looking talent strategies supporting innovation and scalability.
- Anticipate organizational challenges and design strategic interventions from role clarity to leadership coaching.
- Use data to diagnose organizational health and influence decisions on team effectiveness, retention, engagement, and performance.
- Guide leaders through complex transitions including scaling, restructuring, and cross-functional change.
- Embed with client groups to provide on-the-ground leadership coaching, supporting and upskilling managers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HRBP or generalist experience in high-growth or technology organizations with G&A relationships.
- Track record of direct partnership with business leaders on talent, culture, and organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where needs evolve quickly.
- Demonstrated influence without authority across cross-functional partners.
- Self-driven, autonomous, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations.

- Experience with global teams or scaling internationally.
- Google Sheets / Excel proficiency.
