Salary: $179,000–$224,000/yr in Denver & most major metro locations; $210,000–$263,000/yr for San Francisco, Seattle & New York.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery to understand customer problems and test assumptions.
• Create long-term vision and strategy for competitive advantage.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Revenue teams on product development.
• Run A/B tests and lean experiments to validate hypotheses and concepts.
• Rapidly execute and iterate with emphasis on user delight and impact.
• Define, measure, and improve key product and business metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management experience.
• Proven track record leading growth teams and running A/B tests.
• Strong product discovery and analytics skills.
• Ability to tell a compelling story and build trust with teams.
• Passion for helping small and medium businesses.
• Work authorization for US or Canada is required.
