What you will do

• Develop and oversee execution of technical and clinical product strategies for healthcare billing and clinical offerings.
• Act as primary product contact for clients, deploying solutions and ensuring measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to define requirements and manage the product lifecycle.
• Establish rigorous processes for product operations and quality assurance, monitoring growth metrics.
• Integrate customer feedback to refine product offerings and measure effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proven ability to manage complex technology projects.
• Experience with SQL and QA best practices.
• Must work 3 days a week onsite in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Previous management experience (PMs or cross-functional teams).
