What you will do
- Understand hirify.global's products and collaborate with Product and Engineering to leverage third parties for objectives.
- Support new product and country launches by mapping partner offerings to hirify.global product requirements.
- Own relationships with strategic partners and serve as the internal "go-to" resource.
- Develop expertise on issuing to inform hirify.global's product roadmap.
- Evangelize product needs to partners and shape their roadmap for new feature development.
- Source new infrastructure partners, owning the deal process from term sheet through contract execution and negotiation.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Product Strategy, or General/Product Management.
- Background in payments, preferably with experience in card issuing or international money movement.
- Experience sourcing, closing, and managing product partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills with familiarity in payments-related revenue models.
- Clear communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and execute with speed.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth, high-velocity startups.
- Experience working with Issuers, Money Transmitters, or Card Networks.
- Experience launching into new geographic markets.
- Experience negotiating complex deals beyond commercial topics, with legal, compliance, and regulatory familiarity.
