TL;DR

Strategic Customer Success Manager (Public Sector): Manages and grows relationships with large public sector customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth with an accent on aligning hirify.global's solutions with customer goals and driving engagement. Focus on accurate forecasting, identifying upsell opportunities, and leveraging data to drive results.

Location: Remote, must be based in California, USA. Some travel (20%) may be required for in-person events or meetings.

Salary: $135,000 - $159,500

What you will do

  • Serve as a product expert and advocate for mental health for a large public sector partner.
  • Drive utilization and engagement by partnering with customers to promote hirify.global.
  • Own and deliver accurate forecasts for revenue, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and manage positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including implementations, engagement strategies, and renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to collect feedback and recommend process improvements.
  • Support sales efforts for retention, upsell, expansion, and new business acquisition.
  • Leverage data to drive results and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare management, ideally in B2B2C environments and at early-stage companies.
  • Previous experience driving forecasting, renewals, and upsell revenue for Fortune 100 and public sector customers, managing portfolios valued at $25M or more.
  • Strong understanding of sales motions, emphasizing relationship building and portfolio expansion.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and trust building.
  • Must be based in California.
