Location: Remote
Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage and develop a team of 3-4 Corporate Account Managers, providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, set performance expectations, and own onboarding of new CAM hires.
- Provide strategic deal support for complex renewals, negotiations, and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a portfolio of strategic, high-value, and complex corporate accounts as their primary point of contact.
- Manage the contract renewal cycle and identify whitespace to create expansion opportunities.
- Consult with clients to recommend additional solutions that align with their business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant experience.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B customer success or account management, ideally at a SaaS or growth-stage tech company.
- 2+ years of people management experience, or demonstrated readiness for a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion quotas, managing high-value accounts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with CRM solutions (Salesforce required) and comfort with data analysis.
