hirify.global is a fast-growing, profitable company building an AI Orchestration platform to make work more efficient, creative, and human.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives selling hirify.global’s automation platform.
  • Recruit, coach, and onboard quota-carrying AEs with strong product acumen and technical fluency.
  • Provide hands-on coaching across the full sales funnel, including pipeline generation and closing.
  • Oversee strategic adoption plans and drive increased adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Drive operational excellence in pipeline inspection, forecasting, and activity hygiene using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, RevOps, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Experienced sales leader with 2+ years of managing quota-carrying AEs and 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Fluent in horizontal SaaS, AI, and automation concepts.
  • Technically conversant and business-savvy, comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and AI.
  • Strong builder mentality, thriving in evolving environments and bringing structure to ambiguity.
  • AI-curious and experimentation-driven, leveraging technology for smarter work.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator in a remote-first setting.
