TL;DR
Digital Sales Representative (SaaS, Communications): Leading relationships and driving new customer activations, transactional, and solution selling within the Self Service customer base with an accent on protecting revenue, driving upsell, and cross-sells. Focus on executing programmable sales plays, managing sales pipelines, and understanding customer business and technical requirements to design solutions.
Location: Remote. This role is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.
Compensation: $36.01/hr – $50.02/hr (depending on location)

What you will do
- Manage and expand customer accounts within the Self Service segment.
- Protect revenue and drive upsell and cross-sells within a book of business.
- Execute programmable sales plays to deliver strong revenue and gross margin.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and support teams.
- Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
- Execute automation strategies to serve a large quantity of customers while maintaining NPS.
Requirements
- 2 years closing experience or 1+ years closing experience at a SaaS or CPaas company.
- Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
- Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, influencing understanding, and building partnerships.
- Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities and prove value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite to define processes and build programs.
- Record of delivering revenue and gross profit results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
