What you will do

• Conduct market analysis and collaborate with customers to identify, validate, and shape ideas for new products.
• Contribute to company strategy, tactical planning, and process improvement.
• Prepare detailed business cases, business models, and go-to-market strategies for new product offerings.
• Lead MVP development, pilot launches, and product validation processes.
• Calculate and analyze ROI for product initiatives.
• Organize and support product promotion events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in the FMCG industry in business development, sales operations, or IT management roles.
• Hands-on experience in distribution or field management (e.g., Supervisor, DSM).
• Ability to evaluate technology solutions and their business value/implementation trade-offs.
• Experience in large-scale IT projects, including budget planning and ROI evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in product development.
• Background in companies utilizing SFA solutions.
