What you will do
- Define paid social plans for subscriptions, brand and launches.
- Run test-and-learn across audiences, copy and creative.
- Optimize performance daily and spot new format opportunities.
- Report insights clearly to stakeholders and the wider team.
- Manage budgets tightly to hit targets efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years' paid social delivery (in-house or agency).
- Hands-on platform expertise (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit).
- Strong analytics skills (e.g., Google Analytics) and tracking curiosity.
- Confident stakeholder/partner management and influencing skills.
- Budget pacing experience; Smartly knowledge a plus.
