What you will do
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from identification to flawless execution.
- Build and maintain a scalable network of diverse creators across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage a seven-figure annual influencer budget, meticulously tracking spend and optimizing for performance metrics including CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Design and negotiate innovative, performance-driven contracts (e.g., CPA, hybrid deals).
- Implement rigorous measurement using influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Grin, Aspire) and work with the data team to track ROI.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring authenticity, brand alignment, high performance, and compliance with advertising regulations.
- Collaborate with paid social and brand teams to amplify top-performing content and integrate creator stories into broader marketing narratives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling programs for a high-growth DTC or tech brand.
- Commercially astute and data-driven, with a deep understanding of performance metrics and experience managing a channel to strict CAC or ROAS targets.
- Strong negotiator and relationship builder, confident in managing contracts and building rapport with creators and agents.
- Expert user of at least one major influencer marketing platform (e.g., Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ) and proficient with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Deeply immersed in the creator economy, with a strong understanding of platform trends and rising talent.
- Meticulously organized and detail-oriented, capable of flawlessly managing dozens of simultaneous campaigns and relationships.
- Excellent communicator who can provide clear, constructive feedback to creators and report concisely on performance to internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinker who understands what makes compelling, authentic content that drives action.
