What you will do

• Create and lead the paid social and affiliate marketing strategy for all group brands.
• Build strong partnerships with major ad networks like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Drive growth by efficiently scaling ad spend and optimizing the media mix.
• Mentor and develop a talented international team across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Commercial, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage automation and advanced marketing technology to improve processes and performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading paid social marketing campaigns in an eCommerce setting.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-euro budgets across different regions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
• Deep knowledge of the customer journey, analytics, and making decisions based on data.
• Experience with tools such as Smartly and web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience testing incrementality and understanding complex attribution topics.
• Comfortable working with OKR frameworks and managing multiple brands.
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
