What you will do
- Drive data-driven insights and optimization strategies for performance campaigns across all hirify.global markets.
- Exceed revenue and ROAS targets by optimizing keywords, ad creatives, and leveraging performance data.
- Accelerate growth in high-performing markets and expand market share in growth markets through strategic campaign execution.
- Manage a Meta campaign manager responsible for launching social media campaigns.
- Ensure consistent and reliable campaign attribution by troubleshooting tracking discrepancies.
- Develop playbooks for creative and optimization success in key markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and UK.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Google Ads managing large budgets.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboards.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools for actionable reports.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful trends and insights, and resolve tracking discrepancies.
- Expertise in forecasting and performance target tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
