Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in office, with offices located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. Candidates may work fully remote from anywhere globally for 1 month per year.

What you will do

  • Drive data-driven insights and optimization strategies for performance campaigns across all hirify.global markets.
  • Exceed revenue and ROAS targets by optimizing keywords, ad creatives, and leveraging performance data.
  • Accelerate growth in high-performing markets and expand market share in growth markets through strategic campaign execution.
  • Manage a Meta campaign manager responsible for launching social media campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable campaign attribution by troubleshooting tracking discrepancies.
  • Develop playbooks for creative and optimization success in key markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and UK.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Google Ads managing large budgets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools for actionable reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful trends and insights, and resolve tracking discrepancies.
  • Expertise in forecasting and performance target tracking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
