hirify.global is looking for a deeply curious and analytical creative strategist to be the brains behind their performance creative.
What you will do
- Analyze creative performance data across all performance channels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop data-informed creative hypotheses based on analysis.
- Write compelling, data-rich creative briefs for internal and external creative partners.
- Manage the creative feedback loop, analyzing test results and sharing learnings.
- Conduct competitor and market research to monitor new creative trends and formats.
- Partner with paid social and search managers to provide creative insights and improve channel performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a creative strategy, media buying, or performance marketing role with a focus on ad creative performance analysis.
- Exceptional analytical thinking to derive actionable insights from ad results.
- Highly proficient with native ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker).
- A natural problem solver with an insatiable curiosity for understanding creative performance.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for stakeholders.
- Ability to bridge analytical and creative minds, earning trust through rigor and insight.
- Extremely organized and capable of managing multiple projects and data streams in a fast-paced environment.
