Location: Hybrid role based three days per week in London HQ.

We're looking for a deeply curious and analytical creative strategist to be the brains behind our performance creative.

What you will do

  • Analyse creative performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop data-informed creative hypotheses and translate them into concise, inspiring briefs.
  • Manage the creative feedback loop, sharing learnings with the creative and marketing teams.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new creative trends and formats.
  • Partner with channel managers, providing them with creative insights to improve channel performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative strategy, media buying, or performance marketing role.
  • Exceptional analytical thinker with the ability to see a compelling story and actionable insights in ad results.
  • Highly proficient with native ad platforms (especially Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker).
  • Natural-born problem solver, driven by an insatiable curiosity.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into a simple, clear, and persuasive narrative.
  • Extremely organised and able to manage multiple projects and data streams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
