What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
• Oversee and allocate paid social budgets, ensuring KPIs like ROI are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for paid social, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Translate and explain platform and internal data to report performance effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement test and learn opportunities to improve performance and advance paid social strategy.
• Provide line management and support to a team of Paid Social Executives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong understanding of paid social ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing a direct report.
• Experience with both direct response and branding activity utilizing feeds.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of digital marketing measurement tools such as GA4, MMM, and MTA.
