What you will do

  • Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies and BANT criteria.
  • Engage in proactive outreach activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of hirify.global technology to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Record and manage prospect interactions and progress within Salesforce.
  • Set up appointments with potential clients that align with both the prospect's interest and the Sales team's capacity.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor outreach efforts and align on target markets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with proven track record in BDR or Inside Sales within IT Industry.
  • Demonstrated success in a Hunter role with proven track record in Outbound Prospecting.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI/ Co-pilot.
  • Proven track record cultivating collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Channel Ecosystem.
  • Motivation and a detail–orientated approach.
  • Passion for sales and building relationships that put the customer or prospect first.
