What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across products and programs.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing high-value sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, managing account expansion.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, providing forecasting, reporting, and insights into performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams like product, marketing, and customer support.
- Lead and coach the sales team, providing guidance and setting performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS, technology, digital platforms, or subscription-based products.
- At least 2–3 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Confident communicator and negotiator with a data-driven mindset.
