TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Existing Accounts): Driving incremental revenue within existing customers via usage adoption, product expansion, and renewal of accounts with an accent on cross-sell and up-sell of company products. Focus on developing and executing a comprehensive business plan for each account, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the benefits of hirify.global's solutions to customer business requirements.

Location: Remote, based in the UAE.

What you will do

  • Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell activities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, identifying core customer requirements.
  • Manage the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying renewal risks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure adoption of products and expansion.
  • Document customer contact and activity data within CRM and marketing software.
  • Promote hirify.global's products and maximize brand recognition.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer's decision-making processes.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
