TL;DR

Finance Systems Product Manager (Fintech): Owns the complete product lifecycle for treasury and reconciliation systems with an accent on driving product strategy, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring critical system support for global operations. Focus on translating business needs into detailed product requirements, leading agile delivery, and championing process improvements for operational efficiency and risk management.

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland (3 days in office)

Salary: 19,000 PLN per month minimum

What you will do

  • Define and maintain product vision and roadmaps for AutoRek, FIS Integrity TMS, and iRecs platforms.
  • Own strategic vendor relationships, influencing product roadmaps and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Translate business needs from Treasury, Cash Operations, and broker reconciliation teams into detailed product requirements.
  • Lead agile delivery of system enhancements and manage product backlogs.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert for reconciliation and treasury systems.
  • Define and track KPIs, monitor system adoption, and measure business value for ROI and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management or business analysis experience in financial services.
  • Proven track record managing vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, and multiple products simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, payments, and reconciliation processes.
  • University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across all organizational levels with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and successful system implementations.
  • Understanding of reconciliation and treasury system architectures including APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a data-driven decision-making approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AutoRek, FIS Integrity TMS, or Watson Wheatley iRecs platforms.
  • Product management certification (CSPO, CPM, or equivalent).
  • Accounting qualification or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations, controls, and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Experience driving build vs. buy decisions and cloud migration strategies.
