Location: This role requires in-office work at least 3 days per week in our Boston office.

Salary: $135,000 – $195,000 USD annual base

What you will do

• Partner with highly technical customers operating complex, production-grade systems.
• Understand customer challenges, design technical solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Engage with both technical and executive audiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Explore and master new technologies to drive customer success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical proficiency with REST APIs and competency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Familiarity with observability platforms, CI/CD tooling, monitoring and alerting solutions, and/or Terraform.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to articulate business impact and value proposition of technical solutions.
• Must work in the Boston office at least 3 days per week.

• Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or production operations.
