Compensation: $204,000–$254,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback.
• Drive product conversations based on needs and problems learned during customer interactions.
• Work to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create enablement material.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively with an international remote team.
• First-class written and oral communication skills to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages.
• A technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
