What you will do
- Validate startup technical needs and deliver tailored demos of hirify.global's value.
- Manage Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) projects and implement hirify.global for clients, including troubleshooting.
- Represent hirify.global for Startups at key events, webinars, dinners, and founder roundtables.
- Develop messaging, collateral, and thought leadership for founders and technical teams.
- Build and manage relationships with accelerators, VCs, and other ecosystem partners.
- Automate internal processes across the full lifecycle of startup sourcing to conversion.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical business development, forward-deployed engineer, or software engineering at a SaaS/cloud company.
- Strong understanding of modern startup tech stacks, including cloud infrastructure, application frameworks, data platforms, and developer tooling.
- Proven experience engaging with startups, founders, VCs, and technical decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills, equally effective in technical deep-dives and business-level storytelling.
- Ability to shape a hybrid business development + technical role and build with startups using hirify.global.
- Passionate about helping early-stage companies scale successfully with hirify.global.

- Former technical founder or engineering leader at a startup.
- Experience running or speaking at startup/technical events.

- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to manage demand-generation workflows.
