Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales goals through coaching and skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture with team-building and recognition programs.
  • Set clear performance goals, track progress, and provide actionable feedback using data and one-on-one meetings.
  • Utilize sales data and KPIs to diagnose team performance and adjust strategies to optimize productivity.
  • Troubleshoot issues, remove roadblocks, and identify challenges impacting team productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on strategy and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and provide constructive feedback.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on sales leadership experience managing and developing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
  • Proven ability to coach junior sales talent to exceed targets and address underperformance effectively.
  • A data-centric mindset with the ability to analyze and use sales data to drive performance.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability to changing business needs.
