Location: This role is fully remote within the US, with specified hub locations in Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Seattle. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $149,000–$186,000 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

• Support the Mid-Market Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses, and business justification.
• Develop deep expertise in hirify.global products and services to provide customer-specific value propositions.
• Identify and resolve critical business/technical issues for customers.
• Take technical ownership of the entire sales cycle and drive it to a successful close.

Requirements

• 3+ years in pre-sales experience or similar capacities.
• A high degree of knowledge around common programming languages and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and project management skills.
• Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar.

Nice to have

• A clear understanding of network & system management solutions.
• Experience with Monitoring and Observability, Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AIOps, Logging, Data Analytics, and Visualization.
• Knowledge (or certification) of public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
