TL;DR

Manager - Revenue Enablement (SaaS): Leading and developing strategic training and enablement programs to drive performance and revenue growth across sales organizations with an accent on team leadership, enablement strategy, and program management. Focus on building and scaling enablement programs, measuring effectiveness, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business critical metrics.

Location: Candidates must be based in London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam or Ghent and willing to work in a hybrid environment.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers.
  • Define and execute the overall enablement strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and team performance.
  • Report on enablement impact and ROI to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in sales enablement, with 2-3 years in a leadership role managing enablement professionals.
  • Experience developing and executing enablement strategies for multiple sales functions in global SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience evaluating the effectiveness of learning and enablement programs on business metrics.
  • Experience working with data to extract actionable insights and build data-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing, coaching, and developing enablement professionals.
  • Must be based in London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, or Ghent.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of sales functions including Field Sales, Account Management, and retention strategies.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, CRM systems (particularly Salesforce), and modern enablement technologies.
