Location: Remote, United States (+/-4 hours Pacific Time)

Salary: OTE: $150,000 - $195,000

What you will do

• Build and run structured onboarding programs with clear milestones and certification.
• Launch ongoing enablement on discovery, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and business case creation.
• Co-own pipeline plays with SDR and Marketing, providing talk tracks and event kits.
• Create and maintain field assets, including pitch decks, guides, and ROI calculators.
• Enable front line managers to coach effectively using 1:1 guides and review frameworks.
• Define and track leading/lagging indicators, publishing monthly scorecards to communicate impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales with proven onboarding and certification success.
• Expert in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
• Strong facilitator and storyteller with clear, simple communication.
• Program and project management across multiple concurrent initiatives with deadlines.
• Proficiency with Gong, Salesforce, and other GTM focused technologies.
• Data informed mindset and ability to connect programs to pipeline and productivity outcomes.
