Location: Hybrid, expected in office at least 25% of the time, based in Dublin, London, or another major EMEA hub.

What you will do

• Elevate the global onboarding program for each international market by incorporating regional and cultural context.
• Design the comprehensive international onboarding flow from company-wide to role-specific.
• Tailor onboarding experiences for specific segments including StartUp, DNB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and RevOps to align global and local needs.
• Develop practice-based, outcome-driven workshops using role plays, scenarios, and live coaching.
• Continuously update learning experiences as products and messaging evolve, using a lightweight update loop.
• Track and iterate on onboarding effectiveness based on confidence, behavioral change, and message consistency.
• Utilize hirify.global's AI tools to personalize, accelerate, and improve the measurement of productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales productivity, or GTM onboarding.
• At least 2 years supporting international or multi-market teams.
• Proven ability to design practice-based and outcome-driven workshops.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, or Operations.
• Strong presence and confidence in owning a room.
• Experience building and delivering sales productivity onboarding or training in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational sharpness to manage logistics, cadence, and communications effectively.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into clear, repeatable learning experiences.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Visa sponsorship is available.
