What you will do

• Own and manage BU operations and governance cadence, including monthly reviews, dashboards, and compliance checks.
• Support revenue management, including tracking, invoicing, POs, and financial coordination.
• Orchestrate hiring operations in collaboration with HR teams.
• Manage contractor and vendor operations, including SOW creation, tracking, renewals, and compliance.
• Oversee invoicing, PO management, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, compliance, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in operations, business operations, or PMO roles.
• Strong exposure to revenue operations, invoicing, POs, and financial governance.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Strong coordination skills across finance, HR, legal, and business teams.
• High attention to detail, a strong governance mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical domain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards).
• Experience in Life-science organizations.
• Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
• Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills.
