Strategic Programme Manager

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects for implementing new, high-impact commercial processes, including successful adoption and change management.
• Define new strategic initiatives and build structured business cases for solutions that significantly improve revenue efficiency, velocity, and predictability.
• Communicate recommendations and new process enablement to senior management and functional teams clearly and impactfully.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate project team meetings, and act as the key orchestrator of process and delivery.
• Manage deadlines, prioritise workloads, and maintain strong attention to detail to meet organisational objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Programme Manager or Strategy & Operations role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a capacity to think creatively and problem-solve.
• Experience handling high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools and integrations (e.g., GPT models, n8n, Clay).
• Proficiency in Excel or Gsheet, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation techniques.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Background in consulting, startup, or industry-related experience managing teams across multi-location programs.
• Strong personal interest, understanding, and experience in utilising AI workflow tooling.
