What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of hirify.global programs across various business units.
• Provide global visibility to leadership regarding ongoing programs and initiatives.
• Offer hands-on program management for product delivery and integration efforts that span organizational boundaries.
• Lead global programs focused on compliance, security, or operations that affect multiple business units.
• Create and implement mechanisms for governance, ways of working, and prioritization across the Group.
• Define strategic portfolio management tools, program review formats, and decision-making processes to maximize resource investments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Program Management.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of programs across multiple business units.
• Experience in managing programs with global scope, especially related to compliance, security, or operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product delivery and integration across organizational boundaries.
• Strong understanding of governance, prioritization, and strategic portfolio management.
• Must be based in Portugal and legally eligible to work there.
