What you will do

• Manage the portfolio of hirify.global programs across all business units to provide global visibility to leadership.
• Provide hands-on program management for product deliveries and integrations that span organizational boundaries.
• Lead global-scope programs focused on compliance, security, and operations.
• Create and maintain mechanisms for governance, ways of working, and prioritization across the Group.
• Implement strategic portfolio management tools to manage dependencies and deliverables.
• Define the format and cadence of program reviews to maximize resource investments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal.
• Legally eligible to work in Portugal.
• Proven experience in Technical Program Management.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and deliverables across multiple business units.
