Location: This is a full-time, remote position. Occasional travel may be required for team/company events or meetings. Must be based in the US and eligible to work in the US.
Salary: $140,000 - $161,000

What you will do
- Own strategic and operational planning and execution to launch and optimize new Complex Care offerings.
- Monitor end-to-end program performance using a data-driven approach.
- Develop capacity and budget models and advocate for operational resources.
- Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships to enhance member experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for accurate market positioning of new initiatives.
- Support Product and Engineering in the design and implementation of new technology features.
Requirements
- Deep experience in operations, healthcare, and strategy with proven ability to translate business needs into scalable initiatives.
- 5+ years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth environment.
- Comfortable balancing high-level operational strategy and tactical implementation.
- Experience partnering with clinicians.
- Highly organized, self-starter, and collaborative leader.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and work streams across different functions in a fast-paced environment.
