Location: This is a full-time, remote position. Occasional travel may be required for team/company events or meetings. Must be based in the US and eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $140,000 - $161,000

What you will do

• Own strategic and operational planning and execution to launch and optimize new Complex Care offerings.
• Monitor end-to-end program performance using a data-driven approach.
• Develop capacity and budget models and advocate for operational resources.
• Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships to enhance member experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for accurate market positioning of new initiatives.
• Support Product and Engineering in the design and implementation of new technology features.

Requirements

• Deep experience in operations, healthcare, and strategy with proven ability to translate business needs into scalable initiatives.
• 5+ years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth environment.
• Comfortable balancing high-level operational strategy and tactical implementation.
• Experience partnering with clinicians.
• Highly organized, self-starter, and collaborative leader.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and work streams across different functions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in crisis response or leave of absence programs.
