What you will do

• Lead strategic planning efforts for Trust & Safety priorities, budget, and staffing.
• Build program and project delivery models to align product, operations, privacy, legal, marketing, and policy teams.
• Oversee global compliance and player safety roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Tech, Customer Success, and Business Units to define, design, and deliver improved T&S infrastructure.
• Translate regulatory requirements (DSA, OSA, COPPA, GDPR, AADC) into scalable frameworks, workflows, and product solutions.
• Lead in optimizing and maintaining Trust & Safety metrics and reporting for various audiences.

Requirements

• Work format: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.
• Proven success leading large, cross-functional initiatives from design to execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, technical proficiency, and executive communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguity with discipline, judgment, and accountability.
• Knowledge of Trust & Safety infrastructure, problem spaces, and workflows, or the proven ability to learn new industries quickly.
• Knowledge of the Gaming industry and applicable compliance and regulatory frameworks, or the proven ability to deeply understand and operationalize them.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in a Trust & Safety organisation.
• 3+ years in leadership roles in a multi-regional operation.
• Experience working with AI/ML systems for proactive detection and moderation.
• Strong understanding of current approaches for technical infrastructure and systems architecture in Trust & Safety operations, particularly within the gaming industry.
