Location: Hybrid in Lithuania with offices in Vilnius.
Salary: up to 4000 Euros/gross.

What you will do
- Craft and drive in-house programmatic strategy to maximize digital inventory value.
- Manage complete advertising setup and performance within Google Ad Manager, overseeing technical implementation and yield.
- Proactively monitor and optimize ad stack performance, finding creative and technical improvements.
- Collaborate with internal development teams and 3rd party vendors for ad technology integration and partnerships.
- Continuously innovate by refining setup, searching for technical upgrades, and streamlining operations.
- Translate complex GAM data and programmatic trends into clear, insightful reports.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and stay updated on industry shifts.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in the programmatic ecosystem, ideally on the publisher side, and proficiency with Google Ad Manager.
- Strong communication skills, responsive and clear.
- Ownership mindset, delivering tasks on time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, working with developers to identify and fix challenges.
- Adaptability and growth focus in a fast-paced environment with evolving workflows and new technologies.
- Analytical thinking for diving into data to understand performance.
