• Develop data-driven creative strategies and marketing angles for Meta, TikTok, and Google ads.
• Write comprehensive briefs for designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Conduct competitive landscape research to identify new market trends.
• Analyze ad testing data to make strategic optimization decisions.
• Create detailed customer avatars based on target group insights.
• Develop high-converting sales copy, headlines, and CTAs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Proven experience working with e-commerce products.
• Experience creating performance marketing campaigns for the USA market.
• Strong ability to tell stories and convey key messages visually.
• Excellent English language skills.
