hirify.global is an OpenTelemetry-native company building an AI-centric observability platform with transparent pricing and cost-control.

What you will do

  • Build and manage lead scoring models based on buyer intent signals and automated lifecycle stages.
  • Own the HubSpot technical setup, including custom objects, advanced workflows, and permissions.
  • Build and optimize automated enrichment pipelines for firmographic and technographic data.
  • Implement and maintain tracking that connects marketing activity to the pipeline.
  • Work with APIs and webhooks to integrate tools across the stack, handling JSON data structures and data mapping.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company with a strong focus on systems.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot and building scalable processes within the platform.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON, with the ability to read API docs, build integrations, and troubleshoot data flow issues independently.
  • Focused on data integrity, with a track record of managing deduplication, standardization, and GDPR compliance.
  • Process-driven, understanding lead routing and the lead-to-close engine.

Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Clearbit, 6sense, or ZoomInfo).
  • Formal training in HubSpot RevOps or Marketing Software.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, "zero-to-one" startup environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
