What you will do
- Guide squads through Inspect & Adapt, enabling teams to experiment and learn from data and feedback.
- Make progress and quality visible with dashboards that stimulate learning instead of control.
- Connect squads and stakeholders by making dependencies and risks transparent.
- Facilitate agile and Simplify@Scale events, help teams define the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and remove impediments.
- Work closely with business, risk & control, and architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking, with at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-squad IT environment.
- Experience with coaching, conflict facilitation, and reflective learning.
- Knowledge of and experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps principles such as CI/CD and test automation.
- Experience in a regulated IT environment, preferably within financial services.
- Familiarity with Simplify@Scale or comparable scaled agile frameworks.
- Ability to create structure and transparency without command-and-control.
- PSM I or PSM II certification.
- Experience with hybrid working and collaboration with nearshore and offshore teams.
- A cooperative and collaborative mindset to connect teams.
