Scrum Master (Fintech): Facilitating agile practices and DevOps within multidisciplinary teams building solutions for Insurance & Pensions with an accent on creating flow, predictability, and trust. Focus on enabling teams to experiment, learn from data, and meet governance requirements in a regulated IT environment.

Location: Hybrid work with a balance between home and office work possible for most roles.

Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Guide squads through Inspect & Adapt, enabling teams to experiment and learn from data and feedback.
• Make progress and quality visible with dashboards that stimulate learning instead of control.
• Connect squads and stakeholders by making dependencies and risks transparent.
• Facilitate agile and Simplify@Scale events, help teams define the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and remove impediments.
• Work closely with business, risk & control, and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking, with at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-squad IT environment.
• Experience with coaching, conflict facilitation, and reflective learning.
• Knowledge of and experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps principles such as CI/CD and test automation.
• Experience in a regulated IT environment, preferably within financial services.
• Familiarity with Simplify@Scale or comparable scaled agile frameworks.
• Ability to create structure and transparency without command-and-control.
• PSM I or PSM II certification.
• Experience with hybrid working and collaboration with nearshore and offshore teams.
• A cooperative and collaborative mindset to connect teams.
