What you will do

• Enhance global quality of user-submitted study materials, including review, assessment, curation, and content moderation.
• Maintain an organized database of courses and institutions and support strategic teams with ad-hoc research.
• Manage the weekly roster, coordinate ad-hoc projects, and perform regular quality assurance for the agent team.
• Act as the team's knowledge hub, resolving complex cases and clarifying guidelines.
• Conduct performance reviews, 1-on-1s, and foster professional growth for agents.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) and available to start as soon as possible.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Live in or around Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam, or Utrecht.
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Methodical, organized, focused, hardworking, and able to lead a team with clarity and empathy.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.

• Fluent in one other European language.
